The front decorated with gemstones and imitation stones faceted and cabochon: faceted emeralds and cabochons, rose-cut diamonds and red stones. The back forming a hinged lid with openwork decoration and polychrome enamel. The whole ending with a 14K gold pendant. (585 ‰,) decorated with a baroque pearl and a large cabochon of emerald root.
