A patinated and gilded bronze statuette representing a green tara seated in vajrasana on a double lotus, her left arm raised and her hand in kartari mudra while her right hand in the same mudra is resting on her folded knee. Her head slightly tilted to the right, she looks down with a serene air. Her long earlobes are adorned with flower-shaped earrings. Her forehead is adorned with a tiara from which strands of hair fall on her shoulders and rise upwards in a wave. A necklace adorns the chest in which turquoise beads were probably originally inlaid.
