Beautifully crafted wooden netsuke, some parts lacquered red and gold, depicting Kiyohime on the bell of the Dojo-Ji temple, with a demonic face and long hair falling down her back. The body, climbing the bell, is covered with a pretty drapery. Among the folds is the himotoshi crossing the bell.
