Black lacquered leather tate eboshi top with pseudo kuwagata and black and gold lacquered headdress base on a blue, green and black three-layer wool shikoro. The base of the black shikoro is adorned with an embroidered gold and white wool nobori fuji (ascending wisteria) kamon with a character inside, Mon of an unidentified clan but probably vassal of the Ôkubo clan whose coat of arms is very similar.
