The watch, adorned with applied initials with gold dust cover, white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, hand-wound mechanical movement, is held by a chatelaine composed of a removable gold brooch representing a count's crown set with fine pearls, emeralds and rubies holding a gold and silver motif cut with the watch's initials entirely set with rose-cut diamonds (thanks to an ingenious system, the removable count's brooch can be worn alone).
