Edition of 130 copies on wove paper, illustrated with 40 original drypoints by painter and engraver Nicolas EEKMAN (1189-1973), including one frontispiece, 31 in the text and 8 full-page. Copy number 9, specially printed for tyopographer Pierre Bouchet, who also printed the text. It is enriched with the menu for the meal given at the Nouveau Cercle on June 3, 1950, at the time of the book's release, illustrated with a drypoint by Eekman, and two LAS by Henri Bosco, dated May 31 and December 24, 1949, 2 pages in-4 and one page in-16 oblong.
