Edition illustrated with 27 color compositions by the painter and costume designer ASSIA (pseudonym of Henri de Hesse-Cassel (1927-1999)), whose only book he illustrated. Limited edition of 301 copies, signed by the author and artist at the justification. This is one of 30 on Arches vellum with a suite of hors-texts on the same paper. Enriched with a double suite of 16 of the 17 in-texts on satin paper. One of these suites is preserved in a separate slipcase. Both are missing the illustration on page 9.
