Religious medal in 750‰ yellow gold and 850‰ platinum depicting the Virgin Mary with a halo against a plique-à-jour enamel background in a gradient of blue tones and surrounded by rose-cut diamonds. The bail is also set with rose-cut diamonds, and the reverse side is adorned with an unengraved mother-of-pearl plaque. Dated to the early 20th century.
